The price includes a list of products necessary for the preparation of this recipe
- 3 yolks
- 350 g Mascarpone cheese
- 350 ml cream (30%)
- 4-5 tbsp of sugar
- 1 cup of strong coffee brew
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 90 ml liqueur
- biscuits 2 package
- a few tbsp of cocoa
Step 1
Put eggs in boiling water for 10 seconds
Step 2
Add sugar to the hot coffee brew. Leave it to cool completely and mix with the liqueur. Mix the yolks together with the sugar until light and fluffy (it should be quite thick). The cream is mixed with mascarpone for a thick cream. Then add a spoonful of egg yolk mass and mix gently to combine.
Step 3
Put into each cup 3 biscuits halves previously sunk in coffee syrup. Then sprinkle with a teaspoon of cocoa and put 2-3 tablespoons of cream. Again biscuits, cocoa and cream and one more layer. There should be cream on the top of each cup. Put ready cups in the fridge for about 1-2 hours or longer. Sprinkle the top with cocoa before serving.
