Small lettuce "Iceberg"

Lettuce is very useful, it contains a number of vitamins and minerals. There are over a hundred types of lettuce. Iceberg lettuce looks like white cabbage and is crunchy, unlike ordinary lettuce. Iceberg lettuce contains a sufficient amount of folic acid, vitamins C, B, K and A. The lettuce is rich in phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium and copper.
